Every Wednesday when I go in to teach. Before I start teaching I do a meditation to calm my mind so I can be in the best way for the little ones I teach at dance. Out of everything I do involving dance, this is what I take the most seriously. I want to be the best teacher I can be for them and create the most loving and delightful atmosphere for them. I treat teaching very delicately because I am teaching children and everything stems from childhood.
